Thank you all so much for your patronage of my art! Due to the current pandemic, please allow extra time for orders to be fulfilled and delivered.

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. Note that when fulfillment estimates change, they apply to all (both shipped and unshipped) orders.

Fulfillment estimates are current as of August 12, 2020. Please note the below time frames are for fulfillment of the product and does not include shipping times. 

 

How long will it be before my order is shipped?

  • Original paintings - 2-4 business days 
  • Phone Cases - 2-5 business days
  • Unframed Prints - 2-5 business days
  • Framed Prints - 2-5 business days
  • Mugs - 2-5 business days
  • Shirts - 2-4 business days
  • Tote Bags - 10-15 business days
  • Pillows - 10-15 business days

*Please note business days do not include weekends. 

 

How long will it take to reach me once it has shipped?

Shipments within the US - Original paintings will take between 3-6 business days to receive domestically after shipment. All other items will take between 3-14 business days to receive domestically.

International shipments -  Anywhere from 7-30 business days. This is largely due to the amount of time packages spend in customs. 

 

*Regarding USPS shipments* - 

As you may have heard in the news, the USPS is having some major problems right now.

Throughout this pandemic, the USPS has been dealing with an unprecedented increase in volume paired with significant delays/challenges due to lack of personnel and transportation issues. In the last few weeks, there have been some service changes that have introduced additional delays.

Over these last few months, and increasingly over the last few weeks, we have seen major issues with tracking. It is not unusual for a package to go unscanned for several days or show confusing updates and then end up being delivered. We wanted to let you know that we are seeing it happen and that you should not be alarmed if you see it happen with one of your orders.

Should your order not arrive within 25 business days, a new package will be sent.

 

This would be a good time for me to suggest calling your local representatives about saving the post office. These issues affect everyone.
